01The agreement

By creating an account or placing an order you accept these terms. If you are ordering for a company, you confirm you can bind that company.

02Accounts

You are responsible for the security of your account and for everything done through it. One person or company per account; shared logins are not permitted. We may suspend accounts used to abuse the marketplace or its publishers.

03Orders and pricing

The price shown on a listing is the price at checkout. Orders are binding once payment is confirmed, but can be cancelled without charge until the publisher accepts them.

Turnaround times shown on listings are the publisher estimate. Where a placement cannot be delivered you are offered a replacement of equal or higher metrics, or a refund of that line.

04Content standards

Content must be original, lawful and follow the publisher’s published rules. We may decline content that is defamatory, deceptive, infringes rights, or promotes excluded verticals on a listing that does not accept them.

05Publisher obligations

Publishers list accurate data, respond to orders within 72 hours, keep placements live permanently and do not remove paid links. Removed links are restored or refunded from the publisher balance.

06Liability

We provide the marketplace and the placements as described. We do not guarantee rankings, traffic or revenue. Our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for it.

07Termination

Either side can close the account at any time. Completed orders and their records remain available for accounting purposes.

08Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA.
