Refund policy

01Before a placement starts

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund until the publisher accepts them and work begins.

02If we cannot deliver

If a publisher cannot place your content within the promised time, you choose: a replacement site of equal or higher metrics, or a full refund of that line.

03Removed links

Every placement is meant to be permanent. If a live link is removed within 12 months, we restore it or refund that line.

04What is not refundable

Completed placements delivered as ordered, and content rejected by a publisher for breaking their published rules after you were informed of those rules.

05How to request one

Email [email protected] with the order number. Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
